MLM recruiting systems are literally becoming the "joke" of the network marketing industry. From half-truths to far out claims, it's no wonder many network marketers are getting confused and frustrated trying to get to the truth on how to use them successfully. I've written so many times on the issue of marketing systems that it's becoming almost redundant...and I'm really start to sound like a broken record. LOL

And if you do a search on this blog, you'll probably find a few articles that talks abut this very issue of MLM recruiting systems.

And then I wonder after I've written an article if I've left out some pertinent information that will make this issue more clearer.

But yet I do get the same questions over and over.

What do you think about this system? What do you think about that system?How is xyz system different than abc? Why do you like xyz system? And on it goes.

Here are 3 answers to the top questions I get about MLM recruiting systems and the one secret you need to make them work for you.

1. Why do I need a marketing system?

To create targeted leads. For follow-up with your prospects. To produce retail income that can help fund your business.

If you have no interest to do any of the above or if you're primarily marketing your business offline then an online marketing system may not be right for you.

2. Are there different kinds of systems and what is the best one to use?

A majority of the systems out there target other business owners like yourself. If you're not sure why you would want to target other network marketers for your business, you may want to check out Magnetic Sponsoring.

Then there are a handful of systems that target opportunity seekers; these are the people who for the most part are new to the industry.

There are pros and cons to targeting each niche.

But for the most part, in Internet marketing you want to go after the most targeted group of people you can get...and you want buyers (or people who have bought related products before), people who are close to the buying cycle, or people who are currently seeking out solutions to an issue that your product or service solves.

I only want people who are looking for me. I only market to people who are looking for me.

Whereas a lot of frustrated marketers do the opposite.

This is why a lot of them...Internet and network marketers alike tire themselves out trying to market to people who do not want what they're offering and could really care less about them and their _____ (opportunity, product, or whatever).

The best system is the one that does a good job of training, sorting, and marketing to your prospects...whether you're targeting opportunity seekers or seasoned network marketers or both.

3. What is the secret to making mlm recruiting systems work?

First of all choosing a good system to begin with and second, getting your website url in front of as many targeted eyeballs as you can - and that takes good marketing know-how and some "elbow grease"...

I can sell you a top-notch marketing system, but unless you know how to get enough eyeballs fixated on your website link - it won't mean much.

This is why I like systems that are well put together, target those who have bought into MLM, lets you build your list, and have built-in training to get an average person like yourself off the ground and marketing within a short time frame.

It's a "tall" order that's for sure! I also know if you demand anything less from an MLM recruiting system, you increase the odds you'll be disappointed with your results in the end. I see it all the time.
